A woman allegedly hid a DeWalt angle grinder and a Ryobi battery kit in her bag at an Oakville Home Depot before leaving without paying, according to Halton Regional Police.

Police say the woman refused to remain at the store when security attempted to prevent her from exiting during the July 17 incident at the Home Depot location at 2555 Bristol Cir.

The suspect has been described as being five feet 10 inches tall and in her 30s — with a thin build, long blonde hair, and a rose tattoo on her right shoulder. She was wearing a black hair band, white tank top, black shorts, black flip flops, and carrying a silver sparkled bag.
